**POSITION OVERVIEW**

As the Head of Marketing & Communication, your responsibilities include protecting and developing the Savills brand, as well as planning and implementing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and revenue growth for all business units.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Marcom:

- Oversee all internal communications & external communications related to Savills and ensure brand consistency and image, as well as managing any crisis that can damage Savills’ brand and reputation.
- Manage and develop relationships with media and public relations partners to secure media coverage and increase brand awareness.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including EDM, website, social media, PR, events, to capture and maximize customer leads and data acquisition across all business units.
- Plan and execute successful events, including conferences, sales events, workshops, signing ceremonies and other customer-facing events, optimizing event budget while ensuring seamless execution and high ROI.
- Manage and develop Savills’ database across all business units and throughout all CRM platforms.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing programs, including lead acquisition and other ROI, and make recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure successful execution of marketing programs.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Place:

- Build, manage and develop client relationships to ensure client’s expectations are fully met.
- Set, monitor, and report on teamwork (prospecting, proposals, contracts, on-goings, department budget and profit).
- Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Department.
- Lead contact points for account management.
- Review of design work, proof reading and checking work completed prior to sharing with client.
- Ensure the project is smoothly managed from start to finish, meeting all key deadlines.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire crossfunctional teams.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a strong focus on business objectives, performance, and ROI.
- Strong digital & analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Deep knowledge and experience with latest digital tools & platforms such as AI, SEO, web analytics, Google AdWords, CRM software, Salesforce, social media, as well as content marketing, PR, and event management.
- Experience in B2B marketing and working with corporate clients is a plus.
