What’s the role?
A good deal of your time will be spent on Dealer CS Business monitoring related tasks, such as calculating and payment to dealers according to the Bonus model and other parts sales incentive programs (if any), planning CS network capacity, updating credit limit for dealers and calculating parts expectation for new dealer opening.
It requires you to proactively work with technical and inventory management team to coordinate initial stock order planning for dealers; consult and monitor dealers' initial stock ordering. At the meantime, you also need to coordinate in the launch of new C5 products.
Implementing spare parts pricing, price survey, semi-yearly price alignment in PEP and Autoline (IMS) system in coordination with Head quarter/ HUB is also a part of your job. Price calculation related tasks such as defining calculation factors and propose discount policy in coordination with Head quarter/ HUB are also under your scope of work.
As a Manager in Sales and Business Intelligence, you will also be in charge of parts expectation monitor: working on reports, following up performance communication to dealers as well as forecasting, planning, and implementing sales measures MBV's sales performance. It is critical that you understand how to manage statistical analysis & IKPIs report tools at wholesale and retail level.
For sure you will be involved with Parts sales strategy to participate and align on preparation of annual Market Alignment Discussion; define monthly plans; propose parts expectation, communicate, negotiate with dealerships; or identify market potential and implement sales measure to turn potential into increased C5 business.
Last but not least, you will also be the one who performs cross-function tasks and projects such as after-sales dealership, standard off-site audit, or training dealer staffs on MBC after-sales standards, reporting tools, marketing guidelines.

We are seeking a teammate with a Bachelor of Business Management or Finance fields with experience working in automobile industry, Business analysis, and CS service. English proficiency and good knowledge of computer skills such as MS office, especially MS Excel are also required. There are several skill sets, which can make you stand out from others: Analysis, Persuasion, Research, Writing, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Negotiation.
