- Receive, check the booking information. Update procedures, contact with customers to ensure the booking process information in accordance with procedures prescribed by each customer
- Quotations for each customer request and payment tracking system to update IBMS if necessary
- Convey accurate, timely, and complete customer requirements for stakeholders
- Answers questions, complaints, complaining customer/ supplier/ factory
- Responsible for contacts and prepare the required documents such as technical documentation from customers, control samples, sample reserved...
- Exposure, meet and discuss with customers, factories when directed by upper management
- **Working time**: Monday
- Saturday: 08:00~17:00
- **Working location**: 648 Nguyen Thi Dinh, Thanh My Lơi, Thu Duc City, HCM City

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( MS Office - Word / Excel / Power Point )- Have a basic knowledge of customer service
- Use good English (speaking/ reading/ writing)
- Handling situations better
- Working with high pressure, organize the good work
