Support:

- Survey Customer satisfaction, collect customer feedback on our service and brand.

- Random check the store to ensure the knowledge and services of the store about Got it.
Kiểm tra ngẫu nhiên các cửa hàng nhằm đảm bảo được về kiến thức và dịch vụ của các cửa hàng về Got it.
- Other team support in Merchant’s events.
Hỗ trợ các team khác trong các sự kiện của đối tác.

Training:

- Plan and execute training for merchants' CS Team based on the company's requirement.
Lên kế hoạch và tiến hành đào tạo cho bộ phận CSKH của đối tác theo yêu cầu của công ty.
- Plan and execute training for the CS team based on the company's requirement.
Lên kế hoạch và tiến hành đào tạo cho CS team theo yêu cầu của công ty.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 2 years of experience at relevant positions, preferably in Hotline/ Call Center
Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm trực Hotline/ Tổng đài.
- Proactive, positive and patient
Năng động, tích cực và kiên nhẫn.
- Good verbal and written English is a plus.
Kỹ năng tiếng Anh tốt là một lợi thế.
- Good in Office software.
Kỹ năng vi tính văn phòng tốt.
- Can work under great pressure.
Có thể chịu được áp lực công việc tốt.
- Willing to work on shift (between 8am to 11pm)
Chấp nhận làm việc theo ca 8 tiếng (ca trong khoảng 7:30 am đến 11pm, không làm ca đêm)
