Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive (Elderly Care Services), you will be responsible for:
- Receiving & Verifying: Proactively contacting (call/text) newly registered customers to introduce your support role and verify their needs (type of care, schedule, etc.);
- Service Guidance: Providing detailed instructions on how to use the service (selecting services, viewing Tasker profiles, etc.);
- Service Consultation: Advising customers on suitable care options and clearly explaining service descriptions, pricing, and scope of work (including and excluding non-invasive medical procedures);
- First-Order Support: Guiding customers step-by-step to place their first order on the app, reviewing booking information, and assisting with adding notes when necessary;
- Experience Monitoring & Care: Following up on customer experience before, during, and after service usage; providing updates, gathering satisfaction feedback, and resolving issues promptly;
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting key metrics related to service quality and customer experience;
- Other Tasks: Completing additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in Customer Service, Telesales, or healthcare-related services;
- Strong communication skills, pleasant voice, and a friendly, professional demeanor;
- Ability to handle situations flexibly, with strong attention to detail and responsibility;
- Proficient in online communication channels and support tools;
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive working attitude;
- Own a personal laptop.
