Role Description

Provide exceptional service to our customers via multiple channels

Contribute to sales growth through upselling/cross-selling

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Process orders, coordinate with related teams to ensure a good shopping experience to customers.
  • Resolve the issues by clarifying complaints and offering solutions.
  • Introduce new products, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales leads
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling products based on customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Qualifications

  • Communication Skills
    : Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with customers, colleagues, and management via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Customer-Focused
    : Strong customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Team Player
    : Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Positive Attitude
    : Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor, with a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail
    : Strong attention to detail, with accurate recording of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Experience in sales is a plus, freshers are also welcomed,
  • Willingness to work in shift
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
