With CS OctoSells Executive position, you will be responsible for:
Following CS handling guidelines and users to solve complaints daily
Qualifying leads, contacting sellers to introduce products and converting them to use the product. Meeting customer service team KPIs targets and customer-engagement handling quota
Supporting users on their store operation related to OctoSells product
Doing other assigned tasks by the line manager

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in all fields
At least 6 months of relevant experience in Customer Service, preferably in the field of E-commerce
Interested in Ecommerce
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Fast learner, adaptive and flexible. Highly responsible, committed, and willing to go the extra mile to fulfill business & organization goals
