Production Process Manager

**Location**: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (On-site, Full-time)

**Reports to**: General Manager

**Start Date**: September, 2025

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a process-driven, Six Sigma minded operator, to own and optimize StoryCo’s production workflows across multiple pods in our Vietnam content studio. This role is all about operational discipline, ensuring every pod hits deadlines, meets output goals, and runs with maximum efficiency.

You will have the authority to audit, design, and enforce production processes; implement the right tools; and make changes that stick. You will work closely with producers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to keep the trains running on time without compromising quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** End-to-End Process Ownership** - Audit, design, implement, and enforce production workflows across all pods to maximize efficiency and throughput.
- ** Tool Selection & Implementation** - Identify, deploy, and oversee process management platforms to track progress, forecast capacity, and monitor data in real time.
- ** KPI Management** - Manage and be responsible for key performance indicators across the business, such as on-time delivery rate, throughput efficiency, cycle time reduction, and process compliance rate.
- ** Bottleneck Removal** - Identify and resolve inefficiencies quickly, escalating or adjusting workflows to maintain schedules.
- ** Resource Forecasting** - Work with leadership to forecast staffing and resource needs across pods and ensure balanced workloads.
- ** Process Compliance & Training** - Standardize workflows across all pods, train team members, and ensure consistent adoption.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Partner with creative leadership to balance operational discipline with creative needs, and collaborate with producers to embed process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in process optimization and operational excellence for complex, multi-step workflows.
- Strong background in large scale video production, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or other high-output, high-precision, high scale environments.
- Six Sigma (or equivalent process improvement certification) strongly preferred.
- Experience implementing and enforcing operational discipline in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled at selecting, implementing, and scaling production/project management tools.
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to track, report, and act on KPIs.
- Excellent problem-solving, change management, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ** Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam** and available to work on-site daily.
- Familiarity with anime, manga, webtoons is a plus.
