Location: Vietnam (Hanoi) **Role Overview**: In this key role, you will mainly in-charge for Renewal and Sales assistant to support Country Manager and team, including manage, direct and drive demand generation, meetings, channel partnerships, and up-sell/cross sell into Enterprise and Channel accounts. **Responsibilities**: - To take care of the renewal and sales operation. - Providing high quality support to our Internal sales team (major account managers, regional account managers, channel account managers). - SFDC Management and Cadence. - SPR’s & Deal Registration. - Management and retention of Renewals. - Management of renewals through the supply chain Distributor > Partner > End user. - Proactive planning to ensure a seamless renewal process where services are renewed before expiry. - Identify up-sell opportunities through the renewal process to maximize revenue generation. - Lead generation & management. - Identifying new leads to generate net new labels. - Direct sales management & ownership of low to mid-range opportunities. - Manage end to end sales process for low to mid-range opportunities (new business & renewal). - Build Partner and Distributor relationships to ensure maximum coverage across deals. - Manage personal forecast for sales management on low to mid-range opportunities. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - 5+ years of experience in renewal sales. - Excellent positive attitude and have teamwork spirit. - Excellent English communications internally, corporation-wide and externally. - Familiar with Fortinet’s products and services preferred. - Basic understanding of IT networking fundamental. - Basic understanding of cybersecurity and its’ use in the market. - Have experience using systems like Salesforce, Tableau are preferred. - Strong experience with Excel, Google Sheet, PowerPoint to support Reporting are preferred.
