We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

This is a full-time, hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as needed.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting and selling our medical and pharmaceutical product portfolio, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Medical Sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment

Mô tả công việc

Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm Nhân viên Kinh doanh Y tế (Medical Sales Representative) làm việc tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh, hình thức full-time với môi trường làm việc linh hoạt (hybrid) – có thể làm việc tại văn phòng, gặp gỡ khách hàng và làm việc từ xa khi cần thiết.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

  • Xây dựng và phát triển mối quan hệ lâu dài với các bác sĩ, phòng khám, bệnh viện trong lĩnh vực Da liễu – Thẩm mỹ.
  • Giới thiệu, tư vấn và triển khai hoạt động bán hàng các sản phẩm y khoa, dược – mỹ phẩm và công nghệ thẩm mỹ cao cấp.
  • Tổ chức các buổi giới thiệu sản phẩm, workshop, đào tạo hoặc demo lâm sàng.
  • Đàm phán hợp đồng, theo dõi tiến độ đơn hàng và hỗ trợ khách hàng sau bán.
  • Đạt và vượt chỉ tiêu doanh số được giao (tháng / quý / năm).
  • Theo dõi xu hướng thị trường, hoạt động đối thủ và cập nhật kiến thức y khoa mới.
  • Phối hợp cùng đội Marketing & Training để tối ưu hiệu quả truyền thông và chăm sóc khách hàng.

Yêu cầu:

  • Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh thiết bị y tế, dược phẩm hoặc thẩm mỹ, ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc với bác sĩ da liễu, spa hoặc phòng khám thẩm mỹ.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình và chăm sóc khách hàng tốt.
  • Kỹ năng đàm phán, giải quyết vấn đề và làm việc độc lập.
  • Chủ động, linh hoạt và thích nghi tốt với môi trường làm việc kết hợp (hybrid).
