**DUTIES**:

- Assist Senior Sales Manager to lead the teams to achieve company’s objectives.
- Support Senior Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to improve company sales.
- Ensure that sales staff comply with company policies and guidelines by working closely with Senior Sales Manager to monitor sales activities/performance.
- Follow up with sales team for daily activities focusing on getting new Order; pushing the pending orders; delivery product. Update on time to Senior Sales Manager for any feedback/complain from sales team and other department, customers and propose solution.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team, work with sales team and Senior Sales Manager for action plan to improve sales performance by sales.
- Train the new sales recruits to develop their skills as well grow with the company
- Establish a sales training program to train and develop new and existing team members.
- Support Senior Sales Manager on Weekly/ monthly/ annual report as required to General Director/ Regional Sales Director.
- Lead weekly sales meetings to tactically manage sales volumes, pricing, complaints, collection etc.
- Handle for some selective customer that assigned by Senior Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director
- Analyst performance by product, by sector, by customer. Do commentary for sales performance.
- Support Senior Sales Manager on reviewing customers pipeline, review with Sales/BD to make sure it’s up-to-date, and improve it over time.
- Perform other tasks required by Senior Sales Manager / Regional Sales Director.
