2. Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team during the night shift. In this role, you will assist with managing client communications, processing orders, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

3. What You'll Do

  • Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with clients via email or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and update sales reports and databases.
  • Process orders, invoices, and assist in follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

4. Requirements

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – experience must be specifically in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Previous experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service
    dealing with English-speaking clients only
