We are looking for a Product Owner who will take full ownership of bill payment products - from idea to launch and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and operations across the product lifecycle, ensuring our solutions meet both customer needs and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather and prioritize product requirements by working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Lead product discovery: analyze problems, conceptualize ideas, prototype solutions, and write clear product requirements (PRD/specs).
- Collaborate with business, tech, and design teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
- Take ownership of feature delivery: from defining MVP, managing sprints, to verifying output and supporting UAT.
- Analyze user data, product performance, and behavioral insights to inform decisions and optimize product features.
- Run A/B tests and research to validate hypotheses and guide product iterations.
- Track and monitor product KPIs post-release and suggest improvements to enhance user engagement and product value.
- Act as the voice of the customer and maintain a user-first mindset across all product decisions.

**Yêu cầu**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in product management, especially with digital/mobile products.
- Strong business mindset — able to prioritize based on impact, manage trade-offs, and drive for results.
- Solid analytical thinking with attention to detail and the ability to visualize different product flows and edge cases.
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices; able to collaborate with design teams and build wireframes or prototypes.
- Data-driven and experienced in using product metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
- Excellent communication skills — clear, structured, and transparent across both verbal and written forms.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and comfortable working in fast-paced development cycles.
- Passionate about creating seamless, user-friendly bill payment experiences.
