We are on the hunt for a brilliant Innovation Product Owner to join our team and help us drive forward with some out-of-the-box thinking and ideas. As the Innovation Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the charge on innovative product development, leveraging emerging technologies and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. In fact, we’re looking for someone who can make an impact to the market of food & beverage itself, in (several) innovative projects that connect end consumers and b2b customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shape the value: Identify needs & gaps from current market and its distribution, internal stakeholders, and referrable oceansto create values for the organization through initiations of new digital products, platforms, and technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that innovative products and services align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Own the journeys: You create and define journeys for our end consumers, but also to connect them with the ecosystem of our organization. We don’t digitalize clumsy processes, but bring them to the next level (perhaps having less processes is actually better - it’s your call)
- Deliver stuff, digital stuff: Lead (and own the success of) the development of those innovative product ideas and concepts, leveraging emerging technologies and trends (either from the market or Heineken Global). Development teams can be in-house, our Innovation dev hub, or external partner and Global partner, or can buy / rent a technology entirely. It’s up to you
- Understand the customers / users: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences and use this knowledge to drive the development of products that resonate with our target audience. Depending on projects, users can be a normal beer drinker, or an accountant doing manual work, or a retail owner who barely knows about tech & app. That’s the exciting part of the job.
- Be the connector: Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the development of innovative products and services, using Agile methodologies and tools.
- Champion the Innovation: Keep in touch with the world to identify trends, technology and opportunities in the market, and use this information to inform product development decisions.
- Live by data: Use data and analytics to track the performance of innovative products and services, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Some of your projects might generate invaluable data as well. Fun fact: you can work with a lot of 1st party data, and pionner the transformation game of extracting values from data.
- 7-10 years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering digital products, services or transformation. A business domain regarding FMCG, B2B business, supply chain, marketing & trade marketingis a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. In fact, you need to shape your story and convince people to follow
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Excellent project management skill, capable of driving projects from initiation to closing - sprinkled some pilots here and pivots there.
- Good with numbers. Seriously, there’re lots of numbers to crunch and estimate and project. At least you can sell your projects confidently with a wildly-estimated business cases.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, with a relatively thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- A passion for emerging technologies and trends, with a strong understanding of the latest developments in the market.
