We are looking for a **highly motivated Agile Product Owner** to drive our product development process, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, and **collaborate with teams across multiple time zones**. **What You’ll Do**
- **Define Sprint Goals** - Set clear objectives for each sprint and ensure successful execution.
- **Manage & Prioritize Backlog** - Maintain and refine the product backlog, aligning it with our strategic vision.
- **Lead Agile Ceremonies** - Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile meetings to drive alignment.
- **Collaborate Across Time Zones** - Work seamlessly with distributed teams to streamline workflows, optimize communication, and manage project dependencies.
- **Develop Agile Metrics** - Implement data-driven best practices to balance opportunity cost with market potential.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience**: 4+ years in the software industry as an Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master.

**Agile Expertise**: Proven ability to run daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring sprint goals are consistently met.

**Leadership & Collaboration**: Experience leading cross-functional teams in a **fast-moving startup** environment.

**Communication Skills**: Strong **verbal and written English** skills to coordinate effectively across global teams.

**Remote & Time Zone Coordination**: Ability to manage teams **across multiple time zones**, ensuring smooth collaboration and decision-making.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: 53,000,000₫ - 76,635,000₫ per month
