**Job description**
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of complex product initiatives.
- Define go-to-market strategies and drive business growth through product innovation.
- Partner with executives, stakeholders, and key partners to align product strategy with company objectives.
- Oversee product portfolio management, ensuring seamless integration across multiple products.
- Utilize AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings.
- Drive Agile product development processes and mentor junior/mid-level product owners.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

**Your skills and experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Deep understanding of market trends, user behavior, and business strategy.
- Expertise in growth strategies, business development, and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive company-wide initiatives.
- Experience in SaaS, AI-driven products, or digital transformation projects is a plus.

**Preferred qualifications but not required**:

- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B/B2C platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-driven decision-making in product development.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and emerging technology trends.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for data analysis.

**Certification or licenses (preferred but not required)**:

- Advanced CSPO (A-CSPO)
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Certified Agile Leadership (CAL-P).
