Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of
our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the product
lifecycle management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building impactful
solutions at the intersection of security and AI.

from Senior to Principal level

Work location
:
○ In Vietnam: 112 Ly Chinh Thang, Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC
○ Onsite: only for core & high performance with extremely high benefits
●
Working hours
:
○ 9:00 - 18:00
○ Monday to Friday
○ Full-time at the office, no hybrid & no remote
Responsibilities
●
Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market needs
and business goals.
●
Gather and document detailed product requirements and user stories, working closely
with stakeholders.
●
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the successful delivery of
product features.
●
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team,
facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.
●
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform
product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
●
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing guidance and
ensuring product vision is upheld.
●
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and
identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
●
MUST
be familiar with AI-powered documentation tools and use them daily.
●
MUST have
proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology
company, preferably with a focus on security or AI.
○
Senior: Minimum 5 years of experience
●
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management
principles.
●
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
●
Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
●
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and
marketing.
●
Technical background or understanding of software development processes is a plus.

Research: Ability to conduct in-depth research on the product
requirements, especially security technologies
and AI.
Problem Solving: Design product flow and features
Presentation: Ability to interpret and present the idea to the
engineering team and stakeholders.
Documentation: Strong writing, and using tables/charts/diagrams
skills
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical
information and findings.
Interview Process
● Round 1: Interview with a team lead for the technical evaluation
● Round 2: Interview with head of tech for working mindset & information sharing
(online meeting preferred)
