**Job description**:

- Own and manage specific product areas or features from concept to launch and beyond.
- Translate product goals into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with Designers and Engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate feature performance post-launch using data, testing, and user feedback.
- Conduct market research, interviews, and surveys to identify customer segments and user journeys.
- Partner with Research and Data teams to validate user problems and measure impact.
- Combine empathy for users with a strong understanding of business metrics (conversion, engagement, retention, etc.).
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Ensure development progress aligns with sprint goals and overall roadmap timelines.
- Identify and resolve blockers promptly, maintaining transparency on scope, status, and quality.
- Work closely with QA to ensure all releases meet high quality standards.
- Define key product metrics to measure success and product health.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to design dashboards and visualize insights.
- Leverage data and experimentation to guide decision-making and product improvements.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering strong product thinking and collaboration.
- Work cross-functionally with Business, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure successful Go-to-Market launches.
- Act as the voice of the product, building trust and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate roadmap, updates, and product performance effectively to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance internal product processes, sprint efficiency, and release readiness.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for all features, releases, and decisions.

**Your skills and experience**:

- 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager, including at least 1-2 years leading product initiatives or managing a small team.
- Proven track record in developing and launching digital products (mobile or web) in Agile environments, from ideation to execution and optimization.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to define priorities, build product roadmaps, and measure performance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams (Business, Tech, Design, Marketing) to ensure successful product delivery.
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- A mobile-first mindset with a deep understanding of user behavior on mobile platforms.
- Experience in marketplace or SaaS products is a strong advantage.
