**Mô tả công việc**:
**Product Requirement & Backlog Management**
- Analyze and translate high-level business requirements into detailed specifications, including logic flow, user journeys, and interactions.
- Gather and prioritize product features in collaboration with stakeholders across business units.
- Create and maintain a **clear, well-prioritized product backlog** that aligns with business goals and user needs.

**Collaboration & Agile Delivery**
- Work closely with UI/UX Designers to ensure intuitive, visually appealing, and user-validated product solutions.
- Collaborate with Developers to ensure thorough understanding and correct implementation of product requirements.
- Partner with the QC team to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality standards are met.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning sessions.

**Problem Solving & Decision Making**
- Support the team in identifying and resolving product-related issues throughout the development cycle.
- Make **data-driven decisions** by analyzing product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
- Act as the voice of the customer in defining and refining product solutions.

**Internal Communication & Knowledge Sharing**
- Provide training, documentation, and product guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment between business, design, development, and QA teams.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Experience & Education**
- 2+ years of experience as a **Product Owner** in software product development.
- Experience in working with Agile teams and understanding the **Scrum framework**.
- Experience in **FMCG or Retail/Ecomerce**domains is a plus.

**Technical & Functional Skills**
- Proficient in writing **Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)**, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong skills in creating **mockups, wireframes, and user flows**.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., **Figma, Balsamiq, Axure**).
- Ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly.

**Soft Skills**
- Open to giving and receiving **constructive feedback**.
- Strong **collaboration and communication** skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical, customer-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.
