The Marketing and Communications Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing the firm's visibility, reputation, and growth. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing communication efforts, and driving business development initiatives to attract and retain clients.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Responsible for making and controlling the company’s website and social media channels, including branding and non-branding channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) effectively and professionally.
- Support the organization of marketing events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Manage and analyze the indicators to evaluate and be responsible for the effectiveness and development plan of social media channels.
- Ensure marketing materials (proposals, pitching materials, flyers, brochures, etc.) are prepared and up to date, effectively, and professionally.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and presentations.
- Draft and coordinate legal directory submissions (e.g., Legal 500, Chambers, IFLR1000).

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing and Communications, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong experience in graphic design, video editing, and using AI tools to support media production.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese (both writing and speaking).
