We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Accounts Payable & Procurement Executive** to join our team. This role combines financial precision with operational efficiency ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments while managing procurement for company needs, particularly event-related requirements.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, optimizing vendor relationships, and supporting seamless event execution through strategic sourcing and purchasing.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Accounts Payable**
- Review, verify, and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
- Ensure payments are accurate, timely, and aligned with company policies and budgets.
- Maintain vendor records and reconcile statements to resolve any discrepancies.
- Support monthly closing processes.
- Track event-related and operational expenses for reporting and budgeting.
- Use cashflow software to support the budgeting strategy of the events.

**Procurement & Event Support**
- Source and purchase goods required for events.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure best pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate procurement timelines with event and operations teams.
- Maintain a database of approved suppliers and vendor contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure all purchases comply with company policies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.

Prior experience supporting **event procurement** or logistics is an advantage.

Base Pay: From 9,000,000₫ per month
