**A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

CREATORY is bringing the truth ADN of NFT into the market. You will be at the edge of blockchain scalability, helping to evangelize NFT and our technology by storytelling through the use of graphics in social media content, blog posts, website elements, external presentations given by leadership, distributed material at conferences, and more.

**B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**B1, Graphic Design (95%)**
- Focused on, but not limited to, creating internal documents, product decks, etc...
- Produce unique design assets for use in social media and marketing campaigns and be published across platforms: Discord, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, Reddit, and more.
- Attend strategic meetings to gain an understanding of goals in order to assist in the brainstorming of creative ideas and concepts.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding.
- Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and other teams.
- Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions.
- Create and maintain a database of design assets.
- Design advertising assets for digital media placements as well as real-world placements.
- Support team with print and digital executions including color correction and retouching.

**B2. Other tasks (5%)**
- Other tasks assigned by the Line manager or/and Head of Department.
- Manage all marketing material and collateral, digital, and print.

**C, REQUIREMENT**:
**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, or motion graphics.
- 2-4 years of professional design experience.
- Compelling portfolio of work over a range of creative projects.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud. (**InDesign**, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Motion Graphic is required.
- Video Editing / Film Making / Photo shooting experience is a plus.

**Skills**
- Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch.
- Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography.
- Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats.
- Prior experience working hybrid in a globally distributed team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of blockchain technologies.
- Experience designing for web3 / decentralized ecosystems is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication.
