As we continue to grow our digital footprint and enhance our web presence, we are looking for a talentedGraphic Designerto join us in Ho Chi Minh City and play a key role in shaping the visual look and feel of our platforms.Role Summary:We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can create high-quality website visuals (banners, hero images, promotional graphics)from scratch, and also edit and adapt existing pictures/visuals for web use. The designer will collaborate with our marketing, product and development teams to ensure all graphics align with the brand identity and enhance user engagement across our web platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design complete visual assets for the website (banners, sliders, hero images, promotional visuals) from concept to final delivery.Edit, retouch, crop, format existing images (photographs, assets) to optimize them for web use (size, format, compression, responsive layouts).Work closely with marketing/product teams to understand briefs, target audiences, campaign goals and deliver on those.Maintain brand consistency: typography, colour palette, style, visual voice across all digital assets.Ensure graphics are web-optimized: correct sizes, resolutions, file types, loading speed considerations.Source or create visual assets (illustrations, icons, photo manipulations) as needed.Provide multiple design options / iterations, respond to feedback and make revisions efficiently.Maintain an organised asset library: source files, version control, export files, naming conventions.Stay updated on digital design trends, web banner best practices, image editing tools and techniques.Occasionally support other digital design tasks (email graphics, social media visuals, landing page assets) when required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (or strong demonstrated portfolio experience).Proven experience (1-3 years for junior; 3-5 years for mid) in digital graphic design for websites, banners, online campaigns.Expert knowledge of design/editing tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; experience with Figma/Sketch/Canva is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing both original design creation and editing/adapting existing visual assets.Good understanding of web image formats (JPEG, PNG, SVG, WebP), responsive design principles, and web layout awareness.Attention to detail, excellent visual aesthetic, strong sense of typography and colour.Ability to interpret a brief and turn it into compelling visuals under time constraints.Good communication skills (Vietnamese + English preferred) and ability to collaborate across teams.Nice-to-have:Experience creating visuals for e-commerce or entertainment/ticketing platforms.Experience in an agile or fast-paced team environment.Good conceptual thinking: ability not just to execute but to propose creative visual ideas.Salary:Junior level (0-3 yoe): Mil Gross VNDMid Level (3-5 yoe): Mil Gross VNDLocation & Working Hours:This position is based in Beautiful hi-tech office at The Grace Tower - 71 Hoang Van Thai, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh CityOnsite work only (no hybrid or remote options)Monday - Friday from 11 AM - 8 PMOther Benefits:15 paid days off per year.Salary review once a year.Annual Health Check.Social Security.Company trip.Interview Process:1st Interview (HR) -> 2nd Round Interview (optional)Send English CV to mail:r.- /Contact: Zalo
