Service Engineer

**What is the job about?**

You are responsible for customer satisfaction, is technical accountable and works with no supervision or together with Service Partners to address customer requests in an efficient and professional manner.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Quickly respond to the customer, and provide advice, solutions to support the customer solve the problem.
- Disassemble, check, and repair pumps in the right way, making service report for every service case, both in-house and on-site service.
- Advises the customer about shortcomings in the total system, which can prevent problems and offers a solution to these problems
- Deliver services offerings according to the Orders: commissioning, repairing, maintenance contract, site inspection, Energy check, Pump Audit, pump installation, laser alignment.
- Effectively spotting service opportunities to increase Service Sales (Lead generation)
- Supervising/directing service partners on site to get the job done efficiently
- Provides technical support to Sales, partners upon need
- Continues learning and development to build up hands-on service capability
- Always follow safe work practices and procedures
- Lives in Grundfos’s core values, takes responsibility for own actions and takes care of colleagues, partners and customers

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:

- 3-5 years of work experience in the industry or comparable environment.
- Good proficiency of English in verbal, reading and writing
- Enthusiasm on Hands-on service
- Ability to Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations
- Flexibility to adapt and respond to Change
- Accountability, Customer Centricity, Collaboration

**Mục đích công việc**

Anh ấy / cô ấy chịu trách nhiệm về sự hài lòng của khách hàng, chịu trách nhiệm về mặt kỹ thuật và làm việc-phụ thuộc hoặc cùng với đối tác kỹ thuật để giải quyết các yêu cầu của khách hàng một cách hiệu quả và chuyên nghiệp.

**Các nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm chính**
- Phản hồi nhanh chóng cho khách hàng, đưa ra lời khuyên, giải pháp giúp khách hàng giải quyết vấn đề.
- Tháo lắp bơm, kiểm tra, phân tích và khắc phục sự cố bơm đúng cách, lập báo cáo dịch vụ cho mọi trường hợp dịch vụ, ở công trường hay tại trung tâm bảo hành.
- Tư vấn cho khách hàng về những thiếu sót trong hệ thống tổng thể, có thể ngăn ngừa sự cố và đưa ra giải pháp cho những vấn đề này;
- Thực hiện các dịch vụ kỹ thuật theo đơn hàng như: nghiệm thu, sửa chữa, hợp đồng bảo dưỡng, kiểm tra bơm tại công trường, đánh giá hiệu suất bơm, đo kiểm hiệu suất bơm, lắp đặt bơm, canh chỉnh đồng trục bằng thiết bị laser.
- Chủ động phát hiện các cơ hội dịch vụ để tăng Doanh số bán dịch vụ.
- Giám sát / chỉ đạo đối tác dịch vụ tại công trường để hoàn thành công việc hiệu quả;
- Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho đồng nghiệp, đối tác khi có nhu cầu,
- Tiếp tục học hỏi và phát triển để xây dựng khả năng thực hành;
