**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential students via cold calling to generate leads and identify interested clients.
- Needs Assessment and Consultation (Telephone, Online or Face-to-face): Assess students' needs, aspirations, and academic backgrounds to offer tailored recommendations about company programs and pathways for overseas study.
- Sales and Follow-up: Conduct proactive sales activities, including cross-sales and follow-ups, to convert potential leads into enrolled students, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
- Admission Process: Assist students with university selection, document preparation, and submission, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
- Pre-Departure Support: Guide students through travel arrangements, accommodation, visas, and orientation.
- Pipeline Development: Contribute to the creation of an ongoing customer pipeline, focusing on generating new revenue and acquiring valuable contacts.
- Follow-up and Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact, offer ongoing support, and nurture relationships with students, parents.
- Events and Workshops: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-house and offline events to maximize outreach and engagement; participate in educational fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote company's services.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records, update CRM systems, and generate reports.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, international education trends, scholarships, visas, immigration policies, etc and attend training sessions to enhance counseling skills.
- Team Contribution: Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and supporting colleagues as needed.
- Ad-hoc Requests: Fulfill other appropriate requests as assigned by the line manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Previous experience in education counseling. Preferred: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in international student recruitment or overseas study consulting, preferably focusing on Australia, the US, or other relevant markets.
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of using multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students, parents.
- Ability to work under high pressure and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and a passion for education and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to work overtime or travel as required by the job.
- Working in shift: 9:00-18:00 ; 11:00-20:00.
