The Enrollment Counselor ensures successful implementation of HGS academic programs with partner schools in the assigned territory. This role focuses on maximizing student enrollment, retention, and satisfaction while also providing academic, career, and counseling. The position is fully remote with required travel to partner schools and events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead student and family information sessions, orientations, and training (virtual and in-person).
- Partner with school coordinators, HGS program managers, and marketing to plan and execute enrollment drives.
- Manage course registration and enrollment processes.
- Learn and maintain evolving product and service expertise
- Maintain accurate student and school data in CRM and LMS/SIS systems.
- Monitor student progress, provide support, and address issues in collaboration with HGS Student Success teams.
- Visit partner schools regularly to maintain relationships and ensure program satisfaction.
- Build student community engagement through online and in-person events.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the student and partner experience.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for dual diploma students.
- Support students in course selection, program orientation, academic planning, and community engagement.
- Hold one-on-one check-ins to review academic progress, community involvement, and postsecondary/career goals.
- Collaborate with the Vice President, University Partnerships & High School Counseling and Advising, university advising team, and other departments to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
- Assist students in exploring in-country work or university pathways by connecting them with resources and services.
- Participate in professional development to strengthen counseling skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or higher from an English speaking university preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in English and local language
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to engage students, families, and colleagues.
- Experience with high school students in counseling, academic support, or career planning preferred.
- Coursework, certification, and/or licensure in school counseling preferred.
- Knowledge of local K-12 education systems and university opportunities.
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency with MS 365 and education management systems (CRM, LMS, SIS).
- Culturally aware, responsive, and able to deliver effective solutions in diverse settings.
- Positive, enthusiastic professional with consistent responsiveness across communication platforms.
