Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs budget and periodical cash flow
- Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations
- Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual Company operating budget
- Manage financial planning and analysis, supervise the creation of reports and tools for budgeting and forecasting

Accounting, General Ledger, Administration and Operations
- Supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software
- Provide regular maintenance and backup of all accounting systems
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for Board of Management.
- Oversee and supervise the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements
- Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all taxes
- Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies
- Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems
- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, manage preparation and supports of all external audits

Financial Management
- Manage cash flow planning process
- Oversee cash, investments and asset management area
- Engage Board of Management to develop short term and long term plans, projections and budgets.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Education: University graduates major in Finance, Accounting
- 4-year experience at equivalent position at manufacturing and trading companies
- Diversifying experiences at all financial scopes of work (finance planning, budgeting, M&A,)
- ERP function mastering is an advantage
- Business acumen
- Strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, manage workload and multiple projects
- Open-minded, energetic, progressive, initiative & result-oriented, flexibility & passion to growth
- Ability to solve practical problems from details to overview, and carry out responsibilities under minimum supervision
- Ability to work in a results orientated atmosphere to meet tight deadlines under constant pressure
