Company:Our client is a Singapore-founded, vertically integrated healthcare group established in 2010, operating a large network of medical facilities across 9 Asian countries. The organization provides comprehensive, end-to-end healthcare solutions for individuals, enterprises, and communities across Southeast Asia.Office:Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi MinhWorking time:Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:30Salary:upto 50M GrossLanguages:English speakingJob overview and responsibilityFinancial Strategy and Planning:• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial objectives are achieved• Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic plans• Acting as a Business Partner to the Indonesia Managing Director, providing financial analysis to facilitate the optimal use of commercial resources and establish an optimal local group entity structureFinancial Management• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.• Supervise investment activities and provide strategies for cash management.Financial Reporting• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and statements to the Group Finance Manager, board of directors, and shareholders.• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making.Risk Management• Identify and mitigate financial risks.• Implement policies and procedures to maintain financial discipline and control.Leadership and Team Management• Lead and manage the finance team, including accounting, treasury, audit and tax to ensure full compliance to the local statutory, financial and tax regulations.• Develop and drive a continuous improvement and grow mindset.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management• Work closely with other senior executives and departments to support and drive company objectives.• Engage with investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.Corporate Governance• Ensure corporate governance compliance and adherence to ethical standards.• Maintain relationships with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process including tax audits.Required skills and experiencesEducation and Certifications• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly desirableExperience• At least 10 years of financial management experience• Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management• Proven track record of managing complex financial operations and leading a finance teamSkills and Competencies• Fluent English (in 4 skills)• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills• Exceptional communication and presentation skills• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels• Proficiency in financial management software and advance Excel skills• High integrity and ethical standardsPreferred skills and experiences• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance preferredWhy Candidate should apply this positionA young and fun team where you can develop your career path with great people18 days annual leave per year13th month salarySocial insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment insurance: contribute based on full salary packagePrivate insurance for employee when starting the probation.
