Talent Management, Senior Lead who acts as Talent partner, advisor and facilitator by actively driving the talent agenda, focus on succession planning, leadership and team development with planning and implementing all talent development programs to build up talent bench strength while upholding coaching, mentoring and strength-based culture.

Take lead in performance management of AIA Vietnam, including BAU and Agile philosophy to ensure effectiveness that response to business need.

Reports to: Head of Organization Development & Talent Management

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Function: Human Resources

Role: Individual Contributor

Roles and Responsibilities:

- 1. Lead the implementation of Talent Review and Succession Planning process_- Liaise with Group and coordinate with related LBU stakeholder to ensure flawless execution and quality outcome- Ensure Talent Check-in framework is well implemented with right and proper impact- Implement necessary talent assessment for talent segment or talent development purpose
- 2. Take charge of all talent development programs_- Coordinate with Group Talent and/ or initiate programs at LBU- Monitor progress and ensure proper talent action plan in place and executed
- 3. Self-initiate and implement leadership development interventions (Leaders Meet forum, Coach & Mentor club, Career campaign, etc)_- Build up content and insights- Implement communication activities
- 4. Take lead on performance management agenda_- Liaise with Group to implement principles and procedure at Vietnam, ensure timely and quality execution- Educate policies/ principles to Leaders and Employees- Adopt Agile PDD in AIA Vietnam in Functions where applied Agile way of working
- 5. Deliver training courses related to Talent review, Performance management and leadership programs (First Line Managers, Gallup strength facilitation, etc)_

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor- Experience: 5+ years experience in Human Resources, Talent management and development- Certification / Licenses required: certified coach/ trainer is a plus- HR know-how on talent management, learning & development, performance management- Strong skills on collaboration, influencing, communication, structural thinking, grounded execution- Leadership Essentials: Collaborative Challenger, Purposed-led Advocate and Determined Business Driver
