Informa Markets in Vietnam is seeking for an Event Executive. This position is to provide administrative support and assist in the executing of various project management directed by the Manager. This position is to work at Informa Markets in Vietnam.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Compile and update database of lists for Exhibitor Promotion.
2. Work with Manager to liaise with agents for any requirements they may have with regards to print material.
3. Input Technical Services Manual forms into system (if faxed over as forms are online) and disseminate information to the correct departments, e.g. Marketing Services and Operations Department.
4. Liaise with Exhibitors, sending floor-plan to indicate their location, space contract and invoice, visitor tickets/information and maintain constant follow up, informing Managers of any problems.
5. Maintain floor-plan allocation, plotting exhibitors who have reserved space, and updating colour chart.
6. Prepare sales figure reports on a regular basis.
7. Set up Site office at the exhibition and manage the front desk to assist Exhibitors with any problems, provide a professional welcome for them, ensure housekeeping, manage petty cash, and assist Operations Department to do verification of orders and other on-site duties.
8. Handle post-show activities which include thank-you letters to Exhibitors and associations, etc.
9. Maintain an effective and accurate filing system including archive files.
11. Handle other tasks assigned by Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous working experience in the event industry would be an advantage.
- Vietnamese & English fluency.
- Project management skills: The employee needs to be good at managing time and working to deadlines.
- Good team player with pro-activeness and self-motivation.
- Be able to work extended hours and weekends if needed.
