**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan and execute a wide range of events, from small-scale promotions to large-scale tournaments and special occasions, ensuring they align with the club’s marketing and business development goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns for events.
Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and entertainers to ensure event success.
Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective event execution.
Oversee the logístical aspects of event management, including venue selection, staffing, equipment rental, and setup.
Evaluate event success and prepare reports on outcomes versus objectives, providing insights and recommendations for future events.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor events, and promotional opportunities to ensure the club’s events remain innovative and engaging.
Work closely with the BD and marketing teams to identify and pursue partnership and sponsorship opportunities for events.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
**Requirement**:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event management or promotions, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful events.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English required.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for events and promotions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
