1. Planning (30%):

- Researching to deep understanding of client's briefs in terms of customer insight, market, brand characters,

and event format,...
- Joining brainstorming and contributing creative ideas, support to recap meeting minutes.
- Developing proposals (party or wholesome) under the direction of line manager.

2. Project Management (70%):

- Coordinating and communicating externally and internally in an effective way.
- Preparing contact reports, working schedules, project reports, scripts as guided by the supervisor.
- Preparing financial support documents for the project.
- Prepare logistic tasks for the project.
- Managing the creative outcome based on discussion results.
- Alerting/ Reporting to direct supervisor potential issues, and problems during execution.
- Developing the storyline of performances of the show.
- Creating storyboards for the video clips of the event.
- Briefing creative and film designers to execute the visuals.
- Working with choreography to develop performances following the show content.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1- year experience in the service industry.
- Experience in the same position across various brands, advertising, and marketing disciplines, e.g. events,

activation, PR, sales promotion, and digital is an advantage.

2. SOFT SKILLS:

- Good time management.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Patience and passion.
- Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative, and insightful.
- Must be able to handle pressure well.

3. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements.
- Good written skills, particularly in relation to proposals and presentations.
- Good English in verbal and written communication.
- Travel to the client may be required.
- Professional appearance and personal.
- Proven track record of delivery on projects in terms of time.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people.
- Working long hours, especially under tight deadlines.
