We're in search of a professional with strong _**_Project Management background,_**_ who _will play a crucial role in the success of our software projects and products, actively engaging with clients, gathering feedback and incorporating it into product development. Your role demands strong communication and leadership skills that enable you to effectively manage expectations, align stakeholders, and facilitate the delivery of high-quality software solutions._

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**1. Requirements & Backlog Management**:

- Collaborate with clients to capture their business context, including goals, challenges, and opportunities;
- Take ownership of backlog management, prioritizing user stories based on value, feasibility, and alignment with business goals;
- Ensure the backlog is prepared for development.

**2. Project Planning and Execution***:

- **Milestone & Roadmap Management**:

- Define and manage key project milestones and timelines to align with business objectives;
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely and successful delivery;
- Lead the successful delivery of projects for existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction;
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for additional services or products that align with client needs and drive business growth.
- **Risk & Change Management**:

- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project development or delivery;
- Manage change requests by working closely with Account Managers to understand customer needs, prioritize requests, and implement changes efficiently.
- **Quality Assurance & Process Alignment**:

- Establish and monitor quality indicators and dashboards to track project performance;
- Collaborate with relevant teams to develop checklists and processes that ensure the quality of all deliverables meets the highest standards.
- Ensure that all project processes are in compliance with company standards, regulations, and best practices;
- Assess and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

**3. Team Leadership & Resource Allocation**:

- **Resource Planning & Allocation**:

- Work closely with the Delivery Manager and Project Management Office to plan and allocate resources effectively;
- Ensure that the right resources are in place to meet project demands and achieve timely delivery.
- **Team Collaboration & Support**:

- Facilitate strong collaboration within the project team, particularly with the Development Team;
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings, providing guidance, addressing questions, and removing obstacles to ensure smooth project progress.

**Your skills and experience**:
**TO EXECEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE**
- At least **5 years of experience **in a **Project Manager or** related roles;
- Possess strong **Project Management Skill**;
- Experience & knowledge in **E-COMMERCE**;
- Experience & knowledge in **Loyalty, Retail, Omni-channel** is a huge plus;
- Experience in building highly organized, detail-oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment;
- In-depth understanding of END-TO-END systems with multiple client endpoints;
- Great collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a professional and positive attitude;
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
