**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
As a **Senior Product Owner/Project Manager**, you will oversee the entire project/product related to system, especially arising project such as app/website development process - from start to release and restructure the database etc.,. Based on your experience and technical acumen, you are able accurately assess whether estimates are correct and review technical specifications, architecture, networking plans, security, scalability, and infrastructure activities.
- ** Recruitment**: Coordinate with Human Resources Department to participate in the recruitment and interview process as well as build the technical team
- **Tech**: Understand tech trends and tech specifications, can make recommendations, and technical approach to internal needs.
- **Planning**: Expert at identifying scopes, scheduling, settings priorities and goals, Gantt charts, and managing sprints.
- **People**: Lead Technical teams and collaborate with partners and third parties.
- **Communication**: external and internal, coordination, transfer of information, reporting

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Project / Product owner (60%)**
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress, and monitor the traffic and workload
- Understand product use cases, and illustrate product flow and user journey to have the right product proposal
- Communicate with key business stakeholders, UX/ UI, UR, and other teams, if applicable, to come up with an insights report
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility
- Take ownership and be responsible for the final delivery of products
- Translate product roadmap into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by the engineering team
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, product ideation, product design, product development & product performance.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to reconcile conflicts and gain a genuine understanding.
- Work with an Agile mindset, prioritize backlog to deliver the right features over sprints, and ensure continuous production.
- Discuss potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.

**Management (30%)**
- Communicate and collaborate with the technical owner and internal/ outsourced technical team to study the feasibility of product design refinement
- Constantly communicate with internal/ outsourced technical team to fix product issues and the feasibility, analyze, and prioritize product improvements & study product design refinement.
- Analyze partner and third-party needs and translate them into requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Evaluate and select qualified agency to build the new system
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints

**Other tasks (10%)**
- Making reports periodically as requirements
- Other assigned by Line manager or BODs management (if any)

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- **+4 years of related experience** as a Project Manager or relevant position in Software Development (_2 years in e-commerce and technology, chain stores, retail_)
- Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, and quality assurance. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Time management and multitasking skills to effectively meet deadlines under time-to-market pressure.
- Knowledge of E-commerce products in the retail market and the ability to assess insights from indicators is a big plus.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving, presentation skills
- Ability to have successfully completed multiple complex technical projects.
- The technical base & Build Technical team is a plus.
- You used to lead a tech and development team to build a new App, back-end or improve product functions according to market trends.

**Nice to have**
- Experience implementing practices such as Total Product Maintenance (TPM), Scrum, technical PMS (Product Management Systems), and Agile systems.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications (PMP, Management, Agile, etc).
- Preferred: Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools.
