**Cubable** is looking for a passionate and dedicated **PROJECT MANAGER** to help us scale and support our growing platform. You’ll be joining the team powering everything happening behind the scenes.

**YOUR JOB WILL BE**

**1) Product development**:

- Develop and own the product roadmap in collaboration with the teams;
- Communicate and work in synergy with key internal/ external stakeholders to craft product features;
- Work with other departments (engineers, product design, product quality control) to prototype, and ensure the final product meets its vision;
- Contribute to the technical discussion and work closely with software development leaders;
**2) Project management**:

- Manage the project from end to end including initiating, planning, executing & closing the project to ensure products are delivered on time;
- Align the team to a clear vision, so that everyone is moving together in the same direction;
- Distill complex problems and strategies into communications that will be easily applied to day-to-day prioritization and decision-making;
- Make trade-offs across technical, design, QA/QC, and numerous other areas that the product touches;
- Execute. Do what it takes to ship.

**3) Team management**:

- Understand team members' strengths and abilities to help drive estimations and work allocation. Help the team grow;
- Set objectives & key deliverables for the whole team in different phases, and ensure the product is working towards achieving them.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**YOU ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE**
- Bachelor's degree holder from a business or engineering school, as a minimum;
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, Agile methodologies like Kanban, Scrum are preferred;
- 1-2 years of product experience, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or other relevant positions;
- Written and oral communication skills to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams;
- Ability to work effectively within time constraints, changing priorities, and independently;
- Team player and can work closely with the rest of our team to ship and test features;
- Proven track record of building working relationships with teams, leaders, and cross-functional partners;
- Time management skills with the ability to handle work to tight deadlines and the pressure of executive requests;
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
