**Primary Objective**: A results-driven Sales Manager is sought to convert client consultations into signed interior projects for clients with high-value properties like duplexes, villas, and apartments.
- **Work Details**: The position is located in **District 10, HCMC**, with working hours from **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday**. The role reports directly to the **foreigner CEO**.
- **Key Responsibilities**: You will lead client acquisition and relationship management, deliver compelling sales presentations, and oversee contract management. This role requires close collaboration with the internal design team to ensure project success.
- **Strategic Role**: Beyond sales, you will be responsible for providing market insights and strategic recommendations to help improve sales processes and service offerings.
- **Personal Attributes**: You should have strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
- **Salary**: 25 - 30 Mil + Comms
