- Providing training to team members and assisting with their professional development.
- Achieving operational objectives by giving information, preparing and completing action plans, and implementing efficiency, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Leading and supporting the project team on all live projects.
- Ensuring performance of the teams and adherence to client and organizational frameworks.
- Directly managing multiple projects within a Service Practice.
- Managing senior-level client delivery relationships and resolving conflicts.
- Sharing knowledge within the SoftwareOne PMO community and ensuring team members support knowledge sharing and reuse requirements.
- Working with Delivery Leads on project risk management and delivery.
- Collaborating with Solution Sales on presales activities and finalizing scopes.
- Promoting SoftwareOne services to practice leads/country managers when required.
- Participating in upselling and presales activities where appropriate opportunities arise.
- Supporting project reporting activities and completing all processes as part of project delivery in supporting systems such as PSA or equivalent experience.
- Providing support, advice, and mentorship to other Project Managers or Project Team members.
