- MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
- Create and establish standards and procedures for all activities that touch the customer across High Gate ’s services (Residential, Office, Retail, Hospitality etc.)
- Develop processes and coordinate teams to address customer requests and feedback across all channels in a timely fashion
- Organize and facilitate service interaction trainings to help project operational teams deliver great customer service (attitudes, behaviors, conflict resolution tool-kit)
- Assist in the development and implementation of standardized work procedure for Customer Service team.
- Conduct frequent audit all project Customer Service teams on their performance and standard
- Involve in recruiting and coaching new Cudtomer service/ Receptionist
- Conduct training, cross-training, and retrains all Customer service/ Receptionists.
- Evaluates the job performance of each Customer Service/ Receptionist.
- Conduct weekly/ monthly reports to Head of Division
- Management - Handling serious and special cases. Directly participate in handling difficult cases, crises, complaints, and complaints alone or on a large scale. Identify and warn of potential or emerging crises.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Bachelor's degree of related professions.
- 3 year of experience in the same position
- Strong personality and leadership
- Project management experience, able to work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
- Disciplined and high motivated to motivate and encourage team for improvement
