Warehouse Management:

- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including but not limited to receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure proper organization and optimization of storage space in frozen, chilled, and dry storage areas.
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols within the warehouses.
- Ensure physical stock is accurately reflected in the SAP system.
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are implemented, such as FEFO (First Expire First Out) and product classification in the warehouse.
- Report product issues, short dates, and expired items promptly to HQ.
- Maintain the goods warehouse in good condition.

Logistics Coordination:

- Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules to hotel and restaurant customers.
- Monitor and optimize transportation routes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Keep track of truck registration, insurance, and report when they need to be renewed.
- Follow daily route delivery.
- Support and deliver goods to customers if necessary.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate warehouse and delivery teams (3 employees)
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers in Hanoi.

Quality Control:

- Implement and maintain quality control processes for incoming and outgoing products.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Conduct weekly stock checks to maintain accuracy.
- Follow the company's operating procedures.

Communication:

- Liaise with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to ensure seamless coordination.
- Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors (BOD) to address any operational concerns or requirements.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 5 years’ experience in warehouse management, logistics, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control processes.
- English speaking and writing is mandatory.
