**The Web Ad Monetization Specialist will be responsible for working with our partners (web owners, app owners) on a day-to-day basis to maximize their advertisement revenue. You will have a unique opportunity to possess full visibility across both supply and demand channels to maximize advertising monetization. The primary focus of this role is to team up with the Publisher Engagement team to develop the implementation of AnyMind's programmatic selling strategy with the ultimate goal of significantly growing revenue in this space.**:
***What You'll Do**:

- Act as a monetization consultant to support internal sales teams in acquiring and retaining web publishers.
- Monitor and optimize advertising revenue performance for publisher websites by:

- Reviewing monetization platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdSense) and offering actionable optimization recommendations.
- Enhancing ad network performance via data analysis, pricing adjustments, and A/B testing (e.g., UPR tests).
- Advising on ad placement strategies, frequency capping, and format selection to maximize user experience and revenue.
- Troubleshooting and resolving ad performance issues quickly and efficiently.
- Prepare detailed performance review reports and strategic presentations for publishers to highlight results and suggest improvements.
- Research and evaluate new ad formats, technologies, and optimization strategies to enhance monetization and team productivity.

**Who You Are**:

- BA's degree is required
- Experience in the AdTech industry is a plus, especially in the publisher world like websites, apps, games,...
- Proven hands-on experience in web advertising monetization.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, ad networks, and ad operations.
- Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (ability to write, use, and understand formulas effectively)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with outstanding communication
- An open mind with strong willingness to learn
- Logical, data-oriented, and tech-driven
- Independent, passionate, self-motivated and quick learner
- Having a clear career vision is a big plus
- The ability to communicate in other languages (Chinese, Japanese) is highly desirable (nice to have)
