We're looking for a
Mobile Ads Monetization Executive
to level up our monetization strategy across multiple games and markets and bring Vietnamese games to the lead on the global stage.

OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB

Develop and implement ad monetization strategies to maximize ad revenue without negatively affecting player retention and user experience.

JOB SCOPE

  • Strategy Development (20%):
    Develop and implement ad monetization strategies tailored to each game genre; set up and optimize ad inventory through ad networks and mediation platforms.
  • Performance Optimization (30%)
    : Monitor performance, analyze key metrics, continuously optimize setups, and run A/B tests to improve the ad key metrics.
  • Ad Demand Source Management (20%):
    Manage and grow relationships with ad networks to boost competition; stay updated on new features, and tactics to maximize performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%):
    Work with UA, Product, Development, and other internal teams to align monetization with campaigns, design optimal ad placements, and ensure smooth technical integration.
  • Market Research & Innovation (10%):
    Stay updated on the industry landscape and propose growth initiatives that drive incremental ad revenue.

Must-have:

  • Basic understanding of mobile and display advertising
  • Strong interest in mobile games
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with a growth mindset
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong logical thinking and critical thinking
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Can-do attitude

Big plus:

  • Experience in mobile gaming monetization or game design is a big plus
  • Experience in ad monetization or related areas within gaming, app, or website monetization
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly and confidently grasp complex technical knowledge
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools (such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
