**JOB OVERVIEW**

Project Overview: FPT Software is maintaining a Third-Party Administration (TPA) project for a Singaporean client after a new development phase. This is a core aspect of the customer’s business, making thorough system maintenance essential. With extensive expertise in health insurance, this presents a rare opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of both health insurance and operational works.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

A skilled PM is essential to ensure the success of the maintenance project, with a focus on quality improvement, leadership, business, SLA compliance, and incident prevention.

The tasks for AMS are listed below but not limited to:

- Implement service requests
- Onboard new clients
- Implement problem and security tickets
- Investigate incidents and report to the customer if they happen.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A software IT foundation is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Dedicated to project business with a strong ability to rapidly adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent soft skills in understanding/listening to stakeholder expectations and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder and team management.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality enhancement.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in health insurance, is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tickets/issues simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
- Proven experience managing change requests and maintenance activities.
- ITIL v4 certification is preferred.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
