**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Participate in the entire process from project bidding to execution, analyzing and documenting business and project requirements as a PMO for various internal and external SI projects. Perform PMO role in SI projects. Take on PL/PM roles (analysis/design) for internal and external projects. Conduct business requirements analysis and detailed planning. Analyze and design processes across various industries and business domains. Establish project direction through collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

**Yêu Cầu**:
Required Experience Experience in executing IT projects. Experience with large scale or overseas projects (budget over KRW 1 billion). Ability to estimate project scope and establish schedules through customer requirements analysis. Planning capability for establishing detailed project direction. Management and control of project scope, schedule, and budget. Required Skills Proficiency in English, Vietnamese, Korean Strong analysis and design capabilities. Project planning skills. Ability to adjust budget and scope. Business requirements analysis and system design skills. Ability to analyze and optimize processes across various industries and domains. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Coordination and negotiation skills for collaboration with related organizations. Ability to plan and execute projects reflecting customer requirements. Preferred Qualifications Over 5 years of experience in finance, distribution, ERP/CRM, or enterprise projects. Experience as PM/PL. Experience in building systems based on Java & Spring Framework. Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence). Proactive mindset for learning new IT trends and expanding new business areas.
