As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a talented **Mid/Senior Front-End Developer** to join our team and contribute to international projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Mandatory in discussing directly with EU customers to get the requirement and assign tasks to the development team.**:

- **Ensure the delivery quality and management team skill**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Designers, and Back-End Engineers.
- Participate in client meetings, requirements discussions, and act as the front-end lead in customer-facing interactions.
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough unit testing.
- Represent the front-end team professionally in client-facing situations, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business expectations.
- Stay updated on new front-end trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks such as JS, **ReactJS**, or **SPFx**.
- Solid understanding of front-end architecture, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.
- Experience with state management libraries.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and data formats (JSON, XML, SOAP).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- **Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership experience is a plus.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with backend or full-stack development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, or SharePoint.
- Familiarity with database systems such as MS SQL Server or MySQL.
- Proficiency with developer tools such as NPM, Bower, Grunt, Gulp, or Yeoman.

Pay: Up to 45,000,000₫ per month
