MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
₋ Receive customer orders and communicate them to the Kitchen/Restaurant/Bar.
₋ Provide consultation to guests regarding food and beverage options.
₋ Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
₋ Inspect food and beverages before serving to ensure quality and presentation.
₋ Clear tables and replace used items with fresh ones for guests.
₋ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
₋ Maintain absolute cleanliness in the work area.
₋ Ensure a neat, clean, and professional appearance in uniform and grooming.
₋ Focus on customer care and satisfaction by addressing complaints tactfully and professionally.
₋ Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
