Clear soiled crockery and cutlery soonest possible from the guest rooms.
Set up mise-en-place, trays, trolleys before the peak period.
Clear trays and trolleys
Check the guest’s satisfaction, report to Captain/Supervisor/Asst Manager/Manager and do glitch form accordingly.
Attend meeting and training courses as requested by Captain/Supervisor/Asst Manager/Manager.
Perform any other duties that may be requested by Captain/Supervisor/Asst Manager/Manager.
