Channel Sales Executive

You will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales excellence in our channel ecosystem. This position combines technical expertise with strong sales capabilities to develop our distribution network. Working with our industry-leading critical infrastructure solutions, you'll embody our core behaviors of owning results, fostering a customer-first mindset, and driving continuous improvement while actively growing our channel partner business.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Drive channel sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans with distributors and key channel partners
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with Distributor/Channel Partners to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
- Defend and increase our market share by understanding the activities of the competition and compete aggressively in the market
- Foster strong relationships with channel partners through regular engagement and value-added business planning
- Think big by identifying and capturing new market opportunities within the assigned territory
- Lead partner enablement initiatives to enhance their capabilities in selling Vertiv solutions
- Monitor competitive activities and market trends to maintain strategic advantage
- Execute territory development plans to expand channel partner network
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales within the critical infrastructure industry
- Deep understanding of power and cooling infrastructure solutions
- Proven track record of working with distributors or manufacturers
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship building and communication abilitiesDemonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share
