**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Consulting on import and export services, shipping & forwarding solutions, quotation, negotiation, signing service contracts with customers;
- Coordinate with departments in the company to manage and update the status of cargos and information for customers on a regular and timely basis;
- Taking care of customers, solving customer inquiries, agency problems, complaints, give suggestions if any;
- Planning marketing, prospecting, logistics market research, WCA revenue report;
- Other jobs required and instructed by Department Manager.
- Tư vấn dịch vụ xuất nhập khẩu, giải pháp vận chuyển & giao nhận, báo giá, đàm phán, ký kết hợp đồng dịch vụ với khách hàng;
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận trong công ty theo dõi, cập nhật tình trạng hàng hóa, thông tin cho khách hàng một cách thường xuyên, kịp thời;
- Chăm sóc khách hàng, giải quyết các thắc mắc của khách hàng, các vấn đề của đại lý, các khiếu nại, góp ý nếu có;
- Lập kế hoạch marketing, tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng, nghiên cứu thị trường logistics, báo cáo doanh thu WCA;
- Các công việc khác theo sự yêu cầu và hướng dẫn của Trưởng phòng Bộ phận.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
JOB REQUIREMENT:

- Female 22-30 years old;
- Good command of English;
- Experience in Logistics field at least 6 months (FRESHER IS ACCEPTED)
- University degree in related discipline;
- Agile, able to work under pressure.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- Nữ từ 22 - 30 tuổi;
- Sử dụng thành thạo Tiếng Anh trong công việc (CHẤP NHẬN SINH VIÊN MỚI RA TRƯỜNG)
- Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Logistics ít nhất 6 tháng
- Bằng Cử nhân Kinh tế hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan;
- Có thể làm việc dưới áp lực cao.
