**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partnership**: Develop strategic partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations to expand our reach.
- **Event Extraordinaire**: Represent the company at career fairs, industry conferences, and other events to attract and connect with top talent.

**Key requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- A passion for building a strong employer brand and promoting company culture.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with recruiting tools and technologies a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and content creation is a game-changer.
