- Lập và theo dõi việc thực hiện kế hoạch khai thác, bảo dưỡng và sửa chữa trang thiết bị (TTB).
- Căn cứ vào lịch bay, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật TTB điều chỉnh kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa trang thiết bị cho phù hợp, đôn đốc đơn vị sử dụng đưa TTB vào bảo dưỡng sửa chữa. Tổ chức giao nhận TTB với đơn bị thực hiện BD&SC đảm bảo phù hợp theo tiêu chuẩn.
- Thực hiện các báo cáo kỹ thuật theo yêu cầu. Báo cáo cho trưởng phòng những vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh nhằm chấn chỉnh kịp thời những sai sót có thể xảy ra.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thưc hiện nhiệm vụ được giao luôn đạt hiệu quả cao.
- Tham mưu cho Trưởng phòng trong việc lập kế hoạch, phân tích hoạt động của TTB nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ.
- Tham gia hướng dẫn đào tạo chuyên môn nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên vận hành TTB nhằm hạn chế những sai sót trong quá trình phục vụ.
- Tuân thủ tuyệt đối các quy định, quy trình an toàn sức khỏe lao động.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao.

- _Develop and monitor implementation plans for equipment operation, maintenance, and repair. _
- _Adjust maintenance plans based on flight schedules and technical requirements. Coordinate equipment handovers and ensure all work meets standards. _
- _Prepare technical reports as required; report technical issues to the Ramp Manager for timely correction of potential errors. _
- _Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure high-quality execution of assigned tasks. _
- _Advise the Ramp Manager on equipment planning and performance analysis to ensure safety and improve service quality. _
- _Conduct training for equipment operators to minimize errors during operations. _
- _Strictly comply with all occupational health and safety (OH&S) regulations and procedures. _
- _Perform other duties as assigned by management._
**Requirements**:
- Nam: Tuổi từ 25-55

- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực liên quan
**3. Ngoại ngữ**:
- Tiếng Anh: Có khả năng giao tiếp và đọc hiểu văn bản kỹ thuật chuyên môn tiếng Anh
**4. Yêu cầu khác**:
- Cẩn thận, trung thực và trách nhiệm, tinh thần giúp đỡ trong công việc.
- Có sức khỏe tốt, có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực, nắng nóng và tiếng ồn
- Sẵn sàng làm việc ngoài giờ.
